Daniel Martin (@MadMartin in twitterspeak) is hosting a tweetup next week on July 10th at the Tavern Uptown in Denver Colorado. This is a chance of other Twitter users to get together for networking/friending/geeking out.

And no you don’t have to have a Twitter account to come, but we will snicker at you behind your back.

Most of the folks work in real estate related industries, but anyone is welcome. You just need to RSVP by sending a reply to @MadMartin on Twitter, or better yet, signing up on Upcoming here.

I use the Google Feed Reader to process the large number of blogs I try to follow. One feature of Google Reader is that you can publish a web page with all the cool stories you want to share with your friends.

Here’s mine.

It’s pretty cool, but the more I look at it, the more it reminds me of a splog. I mean, what’s the difference between this and some splogger who cut’s and paste’s your entire blog with a small note at the beginning saying, “this is cool, and I want to share it with you”?

Yo! This is my new mobile blog. I tried this before using blogger.com and my RAZR phone. But it was too much of a pain in the ass with that technology. However, I’m getting my iPhone here in a couple weeks, and want to give it another try. I’m going to try to contribute to this blog as little as possible from my desktop. Instead using tools like Jott BrightKite, and Flickr.

If you know of a good mobile app I should look into, please let me know. Otherwise, I’ll see you out on the road!
